- Personnel, technical and commercial management of the sales/project management division with 10 employees spread over two locations in Germany and Switzerland.- Responsibility for achieving the Müller Processing sales targets- Responsibility for achieving the profit targets of the sales projects- Collaboration within the overall GL in the strategic expansion of the business, whether in terms of products and services, technologies or markets- Project evaluations as part of the financial statements - Collaboration on sales and margin budgets and medium-term planning- Definition and further development of processes in the area of sales/project management- Reviewing and approving preliminary and final costings for sales projects- Technical support in the search for technical solutions- Technical and commercial sales and contract negotiations with key customers- Developing trade fair and advertising activities- Active participation in trade fairs- Realization of sales-promoting aids and measures, such as product films, brochures, advertising presence, acquisition activities- Supporting sales representatives, expanding international business and the sales representative network as well as direct responsibility for certain sales territories and agencies- Support of key customers and management of individual projects, including responsibility for results, deadlines and costs- Specialist responsibility for pharma washers- Supporting the customer service department in finding solutions to resolve customer concerns
