During my 35+ years of international career, I acquired a strong experience of general management in subsidiaries of multinational companies (7.000+ employees, T/O ~ 3 bln euros). I created from scratch a structure which reached in 10 years 100+ mln euros T/O with 250 people, and included the development of a new approach of agricultural management and the construction of a greenfield factory. I also took the responsibility for the turnaround in a company in the field of durable consumer goods, which then doubled its turnover in 4 years. I set up successfully distribution networks (all possible channels, B2B and B2C) on 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania), built brands which for some reached 99% awareness and won up to 50% market share. I have been a project leader for implementation of processes optimization (ERP, CRM). Thanks to my responsibilities as chairman of the supervisory board of a JV with the Uzbek government in the field of gas equipment, as well as deputy chairman of the AEB (Association of European Businesses in Russia, the biggest business association in Russia & CIS), I developed strong PR and GR skills at level of ministries and EU instances.
