Responsible for all European Business activities, in the fields of:- Leading the Belgium Office at LLN- Negotiating long term contract with Key Costumers- Supplying Key Costumers based on Purchase Agreements or on spot demands- Developing new business opportunities in the brewing area or for health benefits

- Responsible for R&D program: develop and implement innovative solutions generated from hop products and their derivatives.- Responsible for negotiations, allocations, and supplies of hop products for big breweries all aver the world.

1.Patent EngineerDrafting and prosecution of Patent Applications in wide various technological areas in several jurisdictions (e.g. EP, US and other).2.Office ManagerProvide management support to the organization for the different departments (Terms, Paralegal, Billing, Attorneys, Secretary, Classification), which includes more than 20 people. It comprises the reorganization of the company in global and the efficiency improvement of each department.3.Project ManagerResponsible for the identification and the implementation of a software enterprise (ERP), which will be the future database of the patent portfolio. It includes the learning of the system, the building and the teaching of a Pilot team, which will be responsible for the implementation under my supervision.

Provide legal services to the organization regarding intellectual property (IP) issues, including identification, evaluation, protection, utilization, and commercialization of patentable materials.

Manage the experimental units running a team of 4 on a budget of 400-500 KEUR/Y (excluding wages). In charge of innovation and development projects (ranging from raw materials up to packaging) at the micro-brewery, the experimental brewery (7 hl) and all other pilot units (500 hl).

Manage industrial trials, from conception to implementation, including reporting, determination of product specifications, and process recipes.
