I'm a plant biotech scientist turned entrepreneur who has founded three companies. From cooking the first crêpe made with cellular wheat to building a community of experts focused on the future of food, I'm driven by the question, 'What is food?' and I'm excited to explore the answer alongside innovators, visionaries, and partners who share this curiosity.My desire is to solve one of humanity’s greatest challenges: creating an agricultural system that eliminates our dependency on land and climate to produce food.As a child, I dreamed of following in my father’s footsteps and becoming an agronomist. While I didn’t pursue farming directly, agriculture has profoundly shaped my journey, leading me from working on the first human flu vaccine made from plants (patented) to teaching biology at the University of Oxford.
