Associate Trainer for AirBusiness Academy – Training for the “S” academy on “Airlines Business and Operations” course.Part of the “Aviation Management” domain of ABA, this 3 days course mixes knowledge transfer and “Learn-by-doing” approach with the Serious Game “AirManager”. I have performed this training around 20 times for ABA for 2 ½ years. We cover topics such as Airlines Business models, Airlines Costs structures, Operations, financial and operational KPIs, Airlines Marketing and we also doing some prospective taking into consideration the constraints and challenges hitting the aviation business.

Pricing policy and Business cases definition to cope with the company financial strategy.In charge of the Operational Marketing: Responsible of the corporate and products related communication plans. I have to define budgets, schedules and do the monitoring of the related expenses.
