Responsible for HR processes (recruitment, staffing, international taxation and social security issues, payroll and compensation & benefits and immigration) of different projects of Sarens

- Responsible for the development, implementation and management of HR for the TCO project (Tengizchevroil project) over the different operational sites (UK, Bulgaria, Finland, Kazachstan and Belgium) and departments- Responsible for creation and implementation of HR processes (international taxation and social security issues, immigration, recruitment and labour relations)- Responsible for payroll and compensation & benefits in different operational locations

Specialised professional experience, mainly on HR Tax issues; tax and social security issues for expatriates and on Belgian and foreign top level executives; experience in Belgian and international payroll systems; specialised experience in Belgian tax issues for US nationals; expertise in split employment issues (with France and the Netherlands); salary optimisation (stock based remuneration, ....); application of withholding tax exemptions (R&D, overtime, ...), regular speaker on Belgian individual taxation issues.
