After studying at Paris XIII University, Philippe started his civil career with Seaboard World Airlines and Flying Tigers at Paris CDG station in 1976, he received a certificate of honor for loyal services in 1983, he is qualified on several types of single-engine aircraft since 1982. Both EASA and FAA licensed, with a few hundred hours flying Cessna 172s and others, he joined ADP Group airport, stakeholder of Paris airports, as a Division Manager at Roissy CDG, and then as a Project manager at Paris Le Bourget,He graduated from the Critical Incident Stress Management and Trauma Response Team By TWA with the Trauma Team certification at St Louis' HDQ in Sept 1999 after participating in TWA 800's Response at Paris CRIC Epic center.He also served in this entity for the Concorde crash at CDG in 2000 and later on, he received gratitude for bringing full support for the recovery of a non-fatal accident of an RSAF C-130H at Paris LBG in May 2005.He was also designated by the US Embassy for the support of Marine Helicopter squadron one, and logistic support for the visit of both secretary of state in 2005 and Air Force One for the white house presidential visit in 2009, always giving first hand and experience to solve operational problems.As a consultant, he participated in the implementation as support & services for new ILS systems in west Africa in San Pedro: and Korhogo in 2019, and right now is very proactive in information about COVID 19 by promoting daily information to airlines operating in Paris, through BAR association along with EASA updated safety directives.He teaches at Estaca, a member of ISAE Superior school, a leader in aerospace, operation, maintenance, and EU airport certification programs, to meet the requirements and to adapt to the emergence of new technologies in the transport fields.
