• Responsible Initially for the support of the Radiology department with their Information Technology needs, later accepting responsibility for Cardiology, Emergency Services, Oncology and Respiratory Services. • Served as Lead Project Analyst / C0-Project Manager for the enterprise-wide McKesson STAR 6.0 upgrade, able to generate Adhoc Hl7 reports as requested, while co-leading the Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) implementation and later participating in the Business Office’s PeopleSoft Financial Project. • Successfully implemented an “Acuson Knetics” Physio-Monitoring System and a Witt Cardiovascular Hemodynamic Monitoring System.

• Hired to support the hospital’s Citation/Cerner Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) project, successfully bridged the cultural gap between IT and the Laboratory, increasing the department’s productivity by 25% after three months by means of my support. • Became the hospital’s Sr. Systems Analyst within three months, responsible for the Business Office, Cardiology, Emergency Services and Radiology using McKesson Star HBOC 15.1 and v5.0 while generating Adhoc Hl7 reports as requested. • Performed as Technical Resource for all Software Revisions / Upgrades, Database Administration of Interfaces, providing daily analysis reporting and corrections of Clinical and Financial Application Interfaces.

• Hired to lead the Solomon IV Financials system, I successfully presided over a 25 man project team. • Created and managed the project plan, maintained project documentation, conducted project meetings, hardware procurements, collaborated on system design and customizations, coordinated and conducted training for the entire Accounting and Finance departments, as well as trained the trainers for the Call Center of this Outsourcing and Fulfillment company.

• Served as sole Staff Accountant in a two-person accounting department, reporting to the Controller, for the Miami Chapter of this renowned International Humanitarian Services agency. • Administered an annual budget of $3.5 Million for a staff of 49 while responsible for all accounting functions (i.e. Accounts Receivable, Deposits of Cash Receipts, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Journal Entries, Trial Balance, Month and Year-end Postings and Reporting). • Assisted the Financial Development department in organizing fund-raisers while attending numerous off site meetings in support of these functions. • Supported the Volunteer department in the orientation, development and recognition of the volunteer population. During Hurricane Seasons, I participated as a volunteer Emergency Rescue Personnel (ERP) attached to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in times of impending weather disasters.

• Initially hired as the Accounts Payable Clerk for this renowned Intermodal Transportation and Shipper’s Agent, I was promoted on four occasions and rose to supervise the entire Accounting Department. • Later, the Pricing Analyst position was created, so as to allow me to monitor and resolve Accounting, Operations and Warehousing issues. • I was awarded membership to owner's Strategic Planning Committee, where discussions of the highest levels took place while partnering with the owner’s vision and dedication to customer service, • I was instrumental in the company’s growth from 35 to 1500 employees, securing transportation bids expanding the company’s profitability that allowed for the acquisition of 100 new tractors and 700 new containers carrying the company's logo. • I participated as a lead analyst during the implementation of the Pick Computer System converting from the old manual accounting method in place at the time.
