Now retired Phil after some 37 years in the working world brings to the table a diversity of talent and abilities and interests from New world archaeology research and analysis and field work at a Taino site in Jamiaca to organizing union locals in February of 2010 to representing on labour arbitration cases including those involving discrimination on religious grounds.
