Working in IT department for a major retail company as integration project manager. Mainly managing IT projects for Leroy Merlin France (Central Purchasing and stores).

A transition job to complete my activity change around Lille in IT and retail business, doing software integration for Leroy Merlin applications (Central Purchasing and stores).

I was responsible for all the projects in Europe on a family of software products deployed either on Windows or Unix servers. My main area of interest was to prepare the project and plans for all details of installation and deployment. Being also the first line of support, I also took care of the post installation support, coordinating with the division based in the USA and in India.

In this function I managed projects for metrology systems (overlay control, thickness measurement). I was driving the communication between customer and related departments (division, engineering, manufacturing) and was performing all relevant actions to bring the project to a successful end. I was also preparing and following the project plans and was responsible for their progresses. Finally I worked jointly with maintenance group to coordinate the support on these systems.

In this position, the key responsability was the qualification of new equipments in customer environments all over Europe. following the project plans or scope of works, I was making sure the system was correctly installed and fully operational for production. I also had to take care of customer training, communication and follow-up on issues and concerns.
