As a program manager in the BackOffice team, I'm in charge of coordinating all the projects the team in involved in. I have a lot of interaction with others teams at Calypso (development, QA, Product Manager) in order to make sure our projects are successfully delivered on time. The challenge here is to work in highly distributed mode as the teams are spread in 4 different timezones.As a program manager, I'm also in charge of some client specific projects. I'm the point of contact of the client and conduct periodic call with the clients.Since 2012, I also took in charge the back office part of the Calypso web offer. In the first year, I mainly maintained the existing product. In 2013, we started, with a small team, to put in place a stronger architecture which leads in a better productivity for our team and also better API for our customers. On this project, I also act as a tech leader and took in charge a part of the development. We used GWT as front ent technology. On the backend side, we provide EJB, SOAP web service and REST API.

During my years at Polyspot, I was in charge of the development team. I also managed and trained the QA team.I highly participated in build PolySpot Enterprise Search version 5.0. This version was a complete redesign of the UI. The backend was built using Apache Lucene.From a QA perspective, I put in place test automation using Junit and Selenium.I also worked with the Professional Services team. I was involved in a lot of workshop on client side to demonstrate our technology.

CheckPhone is a software company that provides solutions for securing the telephony enterprise network.As a start-up company, CheckPhone needs the help of experienced manager. I joined CheckPhone to bring this experience and structure efficiently the development team.My role is to provide both technical advices and management capabilities. I am also in charge of improving the process and so the software quality.

I was responsible for: . Defining projects (as there were no more product manager) . Managing projects (planning, reporting) . All developers in Solsoft . Technical Writer . Integration team . Coordination with QA team . Coordination with Support teamI also lead specific projects for customers. These projects were at the end integrated in the product but not in the same timeframe. I needed to perform specific reporting directly to final customers that were located in US, Germany and India.I was also managing human resources for my whole team. I was in charge of team recruitments.
