Reporting to the Group CEOScope : Division (2012 perimeter : 55 factories in 22 countries (Sales revenue 710 million euros)- Establish and roll out the industrial strategy in order to accelerate the international development on growing areas and new markets (in a successive LBO context: owners Carlyle+CVC+Advent from 2001 to 2003 / LBO France from 2003 to 2006, Wendel from 2006 to mid-2014, then CVC)- Overall responsibility of the Capex projects management and follow-up of industrial 3-year plan: increase by twice of the Dry mortars units within the last 10 years.- Industrial coordination of the countries: state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and process, know-how formalization, KPIs, best practices sharing in order to optimize our manufacturing footprint and to define the best global and local manufacturing practices and process.- Define the key orientations for Safety and Environment within the Group and coordinate the Worldwide Certification Deployment as meeting the (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) standards.

Lafarge Mortars, subsidiary of Lafarge Group until 2001Now part of Materis group, known as Parexlanko- Defined and successfully achieved a plant modernisation plan (Capex 5 M€) - Managed a P&L including: production, maintenance, HR, quality, Health & Safety, environment, engineering and projects, product development (technical mortars), purchasing, logistics, controlling - Increased productivity by 25 % in 4 years and scrap rate reduced by 50%- Implemented with success the ISO 9001 certification process in 2000 and put in place the Customer Service - Implemented a safety program (work-accident frequency rate divided by 4 in 3 years)- Environment: handle and complete the ICPE (classified installations for environmental protection) regulations, in link with the Prefecture and the HSE local Authorities(DREAL, SDIS, CRAM,…)
