Adjusting to corporate environments varying in sizes, country of origin, industries has been a permanent trait throughout my professional life. That enabled me to assume CFO responsibilities in a number of industries such as healthcare, chemicals, transportation, construction and services in B2B. I spent very formative years working for a Big Four firm and then for cement giant Lafarge in Asia.I then held CFO positions in subsidiaries of global groups listed on the stock exchange or held in LBO.For sixteen years, four foreign manufacturing companies and service providing companies entrusted me with the financial responsibility of their French subsidiaries. It was a very intense human and technical experience, creating 2 positions and carrying out some operations of merger, spin-off, revaluation, turnaround... Later, alongside the founder of a French group listed on Euronext, I developed by successive acquisitions a start-up in the domiciliary services, carrying out the legal, financial, HR and operational bolt-ons of acquired targets.
