As a head cashier, I was responsible for training employees in all aspects of the cashier role, including closing the tills. I was also responsible for monitoring lineups at cash and delegating tasks to cashiers during slow downs. I counted cash at the end of shifts and filled out cash paperwork. I also had the responsibility of handling customer complaints and returns.
