We provided Market research services to public and private clients in a variety of different forms, such as over-the-phone surveys, mail-out surveys, focus group recruiting and data entry services. My duties were to conduct over-the-phone surveys, with such groups as consumers, the general public and members of various industries (for surveys to do with employee satisfaction or feedback with regards to a particular industry).
