Combination of my two previous positions at Zuyd. Small selection of projects:- Process improvement of educational office (quarterly)- 65 Lustrum of the Hotel Management School Maastricht- Redesign of the entrance and lobby at the HMSM- Re-implementation of the FMIS Planon- Analysing and advising about changes and reallocations between departments- Change from decentralised printing of diplomas on 10 locations to centrally printing on 1 locationAlso participating in European tenders:- Catering (3 parcels: vending, catering and conference service, and banqueting)- Glass washing and sanitary equipment- Furniture

Wrote an advise report in order to increase quality of service provided by the Facilities department to the internal clients. A few performed actions:- Analysing 8 processes on 5 different locations- Interviews with stakeholders from board of governors to students- Advise on new processes with focus on standardisation and efficiency- Implementation plan

Mostly project based working. For example the migration of the FMIS Planon to TOPdesk in which I optimised different parts of the system and provide management information through reports. Also leader of the working group ''Customer'' that was established during a Continious Improvement and Innovation (CI&I) traject. In this group we sought ways to match our supply more optimal to the demands of the different clients, and established a feedback process in order to obtain critical information from our clients about our service. Also aided in making analyses for the strategic housing plan.

Head of janitors, sales office and reception. Further responsible for all operational and tactical facilities at this location including catering, cleaning, and security. Also project member in European tenders and being responsible for carrying out new (facilitiy) policy at our location.
