These multi-years transformation programs are usually 10M+ budget investments.My colleagues appreciate my strong communication skills, engagement and ability to build and motivate teams. My focus it to consistently provide pragmatic transformation advice adapted to the business, focusing on solving problems. What I like the most is gathering people and partners, and conciliating supposedly opposite views to achieve fair and successful common projects.
