Public sector related experience.Pro BTP is the French leading retirement fund for civil engineering & construction, € 7 bn / year.Pro BTP was mandated by the Ministry of Labour to host and project manage the initiative.Animated a taskforce of 10 regional representatives of Trade Unions, Employer Federations, and of the Ministry of Labour to elaborate a "Welcome handbook for the Civil Engineering & Construction industry” to attract new employees to the profession from highly qualified engineers to building site workers.The project was considered as a National Pilot Project by the Ministry of Labour.The project happened to be the first initiative where regional leaders from both Trade Unions and Employer Federations happened to collaborate rather than negotiate. Building trust and aligning key stakeholders on a shared vision, clear timeline and a common objective granted strong commitment form all parties and made it a successful and enjoyable experience for all.
