Launched in France in 2012, The Kase boutiques have appeared at all corners of the globe. As a licensed partner of The Kase Worldwide, for Belgium & Luxembourg, we succesfully opened and operated 5 stores. We sold The Kase Belux to The Kase Worldwide in May 2018.

Interim management of a 80 M€ business with 104 owned stores and concessions (Corte Ingles, Galeries Lafayette, Bijenkorf, Printemps,...) in 9 European countries.

Lead expansion, operations and merchandise planning of Levi’s Stores and LS&Co Factory Outlets across EMEA: 760 stores, $430M Revenue, $120M Retail EBIT. Half of the revenue is generated through owned stores.Develop, communicate, and deliver the Levi Strauss EMEA retail vision and strategy to meet the Brand, sales and profit objectives.Define and develop the Retail operations standards and organization capabilities required. Support the implementation of the LSE Retail strategy at local level. Manage in solid- or dotted-line 9 local Retail Directors (40 District Managers, 9 Merchandise Planning Managers), a Director of Outlets, a Retail Operations Manager and an Expansion Manager. Lead European Retail Leadership Team.
