Software consultant and partner at Liksi

At Zenika I perform 2 main activities, IT consulting for various customers and training.During 6 months I worked on the SFR on their fulfillment chain This mainly involved development and bug fixing on a large J2EE legacy code base. I am currently working for STEF (a freight transport company). I am part of the architecture team in charge of the SOA transformation within the company. We use among other technologies ActiveMQ, Apache Camel and CXF webservices. As part of this role I set up a monitoring stack based on graphite, nagios and ElasticSearch/Kibana for the logs.I also give Java/Webservices/Rest trainings to Zenika customers and take part in consulting missions.

Alcatel-Lucent created in Melbourne a multimedia team to support their existing mobile TV platform as well as seek new opportunities in 2009. I joined the team as a developer shortly after it's creation.My position involved supporting the customer with his technical queries, developing change requests required by the customer as well as technical support to the offers being issued to the customer.Outside from acquiring a senior experience on J2EE and Linux. My position involved a lot of interaction with the customer which my management acknowledged as a strong asset.

In addition to my position in Alcatel-Lucent, I developed during my personal time a real estate web site named Uber Estate.This activity involved liaising with Real Estate agents and understanding their requirements to produce an end product that satisfied their needs. This site was built with the support of a designer that created the Uber Estate layoutI used a PHP/MySQL stack for this project. I provided additional interactivity capabilities via the Prototype Javascript framework.

Following the installation of the mobile TV platform, I was hired as an independent contractor by Telstra to work on a SOA subscriber management platform. My position in the technical architecture team involved the deployments, the troubleshooting and solving of issues on site.I used virtualisation technologies(VMware) as well as a J2EE stack involving Oracle Service Bus, Weblogic and Oracle's Business Process modeling tool.

Following a trainee position of 6 months I was hired as a J2EE developer in Rennes. I worked on the Alcatel-Lucent mobile TV J2EE solution. This position involved a 6 months stay in Melbourne to integrate the solution in Telstra's network.I had to use my Java skills as well as develop strong Linux(Redhat mainly) skills to trouble shoot the HA components of the platform on the customer site.
