• Serve as CARE’s state outreach director in 14 states and coordinate all CARE activities there; states include TX, NM, CO, IA, and MO. Manage outreach within the state, with a focus on food security, gender equality and international development.• Cultivate relationships with key senior business leaders, Congressional officials in 14 states on behalf of CARE. • Design and implement a regional strategy to recruit, educate, and mobilize a diverse constituency dedicated to CARE’s agenda.

Managed team in a swing counties, registering 2,000 new voters and defeating Mitt Romney in Florida by 74,000 votes. • Ensured team met aggressive outreach goals. Recognized by OFA Florida leadership for the most voter contact in mid-October. • Dialogued daily with voters in the region on President Obama’s platform on Medicaid, immigration and foreign policy.• Facilitated and evaluated events in my turf; created earned media opportunities; grew digital presence.
