As Senior Partner and co-Founder of Noveo Conseil, Philippe Perles holds over 35 years of experience in Business Consulting, Private Banking and International Trade Financing, both in Switzerland and Europe. Philippe has participated in the planning, design, and implementation of large infrastructures for several major banks, financial companies and commodity traders.Prior to NOVEO Conseil, Philippe has occupied various management positions in consulting firms, as well as in the Private Banking and Trade Finance industries. Moreover, Philippe operates as an Independent Director for various banks and financial institutions, including Bank Edmond de Rothschild (Switzerland) SA, Hyposwiss Geneva Private Bank SA, Bedrock Holdings SA, Inocks Capital SA. He is also a member of the ARIF Committee, a self-regulatory organism (SRO) under the law body against money laundering (LBA), as well as President of OSIF, a supervisory organisation (SO) under FINMA Authority, under the law FinSA/FinIA for the supervision of portfolio managers and trustees.
