With several thousands projects and customers to date across various sectors and regions, I have a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and challenges in a wide variety of sectors, from UHNW, private banking, public services, NPOs, Manufacturing, Digital Services, Cosmetics and Life Sciences. In my last roles I specialised in CX expertise to design and deliver a delighting and personalised experience for UHNW clients in the luxury health and wellness sector. I am passionate about connecting clients with opportunities, e. g. measuring the ESG performance, developing the human capital, and making the most of customer data.
