The positions covered in the course of my professional career, in addition to a solid technical preparation, have concurred in forming a 360° experience in successfully facing and solving the problems of sales management, both for what concerns the achievement of sales targets (strategic marketing; knowledge of the most important European and North-American markets; analysis of Customers’ specifications; sales networks selection, training and management; evaluation of orders profitability) and for the inside organization (management of the internal commercial resources and work organization; sales administration and production plan management).The management of a Branch did enrich these competences with the knowledge of the problems linked to reporting, relationship with the Head Offices, income statement and balance sheet , after-sales service and contracts analysis.
