Launched 125 year old, family-owned French brand PAUL BAKERY in the USA & Americas. Paul opened its first owned and operated US store in 2011 to become a 800 employee, 25+ store, $40M+ business by 2015 with presence in Washington DC, Boston, Miami, and Latin America.

Led Starbucks Coffee France directing all aspects of the business with emphasis on strengthening the brand and driving profitable growth. Starbucks Coffee entered the French market in 2004, and grew to 56 stores (Paris area, Lyon, Marseille), 850 employees, and $90M in revenues by 2010.

Turned around and repositioned the 30-year, publicly traded, film processing company into a leading online photography service. PhotoWorks was successfully sold to American Greetings in 2007.

Built top caliber marketing team, accelerated revenues ($500M) with customers in 50 countries, and established Getty Images as a world-class brand leading the stock photography market worldwide. Managed 75-person cross-functional global team (Europe, USA, Asia) including 7 VPs responsible for Product Mgt, CRM, Web Content & Design, Marketing & Corporate Communications, PR.

Directed Nike’s $365M footwear business for Americas Region (Canada, Latin America). Led product agenda, seasonal marketing strategies and new business planning efforts. Managed 45-person team in 6 countries.

Drove licensing revenues for Disney’s filmed entertainment properties (The Lion King™, Beauty & the Beast™, Aladdin™) across all product categories such as apparel, books, toys, games and accessories for the Europe Middle East & Africa region.
