Nowble is my own consulting company. I initially staffed Nowble with a team of engineers & designers to develop and launch an internet Over-The-Top TV plateform. In fall 2104 Nowble pivoted to Open-Innovation consulting, focusing on API (Application Programming Interface) design and engineering. From design to testing to promoting their APIs, Nowble helps companies engage fellow coders, teammates and customers around their products and services.

Teleglu was the first French social TV network. Based on a social TV Guide, Teleglu focused on instant interaction between friends and “on Air” TV contents, enabling its community to chat and play along during programs through web and mobile applications. Teleglu’s business model was based on partnership and sponsoring.Teleglu raised $4.5 million in two funding rounds.• Lead development team and designed features & UI/UX.• Created unique instant messaging servers with intelligent and profiled scalability. Tested and deployed, which resulted in thousands of users interacting in the same virtual chatroom. Created marketing operations to boost users recruitment and partnerships.• Produced a daily virtual chatroom game that engaged users during TV programs. Game was accessible and synchronized on all screens (connected TV, web browser, mobile applications).• Supervised TV Ad campaigns.

Wizzgo was the first Internet network PVR launched in France. We have developed a proprietary technology capable of delivering million copies of broadcasted program directly to the end-users internet-connected devices including smartphone, tvbox, computers. After five month of exploitation Wizzgo reached 400,000 users. Despite its great success and its awards for its disruptive breakthrough service, Wizzgo had to stop because of lawsuits introduced by majors French broadcasters TF1 and M6.Designed UI & recording architecture : workflow process - recording and deliveringRecruited & lead engineering teamManaged awesome growth : reviewing media delivery system to face up to ever-growing bandwidth demand (over 3 GBits/s daily peaks), Reduced bandwidth costs from $150,000 a month to $15.000 with same QoSCrisis communication, negotiations and lawsuits : Managed press communication, coordinated investors, lobbyists and lawyers to determine and implement the best communication and defense strategy.
