I am directly involved in sourcing, assembling, and maintaining the bikes to ensure their quality and performance. Additionally, I take charge of developing the business branding, creating and managing the website, and implementing online marketing strategies to attract customers.To expand the reach of the business, I have actively built a network of agents, including partnerships with platforms such as Airbnb, local camping sites, guest houses, and hotels. These collaborations allow me to reach a wider customer base and provide convenient bike rental options to visitors and residents alike.With a hands-on approach, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Ostral delivered comprehensive multilingual sales and customer services for Infomedia, a leading software company specializing in automotive parts catalog solutions. Ostral's services catered specifically to Infomedia's European customers, which included renowned automobile manufacturers such as Toyota, Hyundai, and Ford.Ostral's team engaged in a wide range of activities, including regular inbound and outbound calls, as well as conducting customer visits. I managed the ATPCA office and IT systems with the business owners. My tasks included the upgrade of an outdated Microsoft Access database to an online system to manage ATPCA memberships, the redesign of the website as well as the Association book keeping and other admin / office tasks.
