Before I finished attaining my Psychology degree I worked in the Bank and Expedition (Forwarder) industry. After completing my classes I started working in the interim sector. As I screened too deep for the needs of the sector I decided to up the stakes and moved to the other side of the phone. As client instead of provider I flourished and grew into my own. After the consultancy contract was served out I took up the Maandag/Whoohoo flag. Together with a strong team we built Maandag Belgium up from scratch. I started out as Recruiter Engineering and soon grew into the position of Recruitment Manager. Still focusing on engineering profiles myself, I headed the ever growing number of Maandag recruiters for the Antwerp division. As Maandag expanded into non-dutch speaking territory I helped in the rebranding of Maandag into an international technical recruitment agency with the new and improved name "Whoohoo®". After imprinting the new company brand on to the project sourcing world I found myself hungry for a new challenge. This challenge I found in "JOBS IN MIND".
