My personality reflects in my attitude to work, where my philosophy is ‘work hard and reward yourself". I’m always up for a challenge and when faced with one, I try my hardest to overcome it. I’m flexible and versatile which also allows me to have a sense of humour under pressure. My strengths are motivating people, making people change their perspective of something which is a fundamental tool in the Lean management industry. I am very direct and transparent with how i deal with situations. I am target driven and will always do whatever it takes to achieve a set target, however I will never wrap my actions in shiny wrapping paper just to make it seem like a good answer towards the person opposite. Straightforward and honest is how i deal with situations.
