Philipp develops Medialog and its relationships with stakeholders. His duties include team building, talent management, company culture, methodologies and processes, efficiency, tools and research, communication and reputation, innovation, and -one of his main concerns- IT disaster recovery.He co-founded the independent media agency Medialog in 2016. Thanks to its modern workplace conception, Medialog aspires to become the agency with the best talent. Medialog hires and promotes talent wherever they want to live, so distance is not an issue. Medialog has had an external account audit since 2023, complying with current legislation for large companies.His company believes in objective-oriented work organization. Nobody commutes to the office, which is not sustainable anymore. Together with Medialog’s management team, he is looking for new ways to improve social capital, relying on technology and best practices from others.He published a book about Entrepreneurship and how to avoid going bankrupt. Since 2022, he has worked remotely from Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, and Vietnam, learning how to organize companies to meet the youngest generation's living and working expectations from other entrepreneurs and nomads.
