Guiding clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, such as amicable negotiations and mediation, and helping them explore settlement options, advising them on financing options for their arbitrations (third party funding and outcome related fee structures) and helping them to enforce awards.- Acting in arbitration-related court proceedings in Hong Kong, such as proceedings for interim measures, including anti-suit injunctions, setting aside, enforcement and winding-up proceedings, and advising them on arbitration-related court proceedings conducted abroad.
