As the Portfolio Manager for Kanton Aargau for the state’s properties, I am responsible for maintaining and enhancing the long-term value of the region’s assets. Currently, I am focused on the development of a vocational school for health and social care (Höhere Fachschule Gesundheit und Sozial). This project emphasizes innovative, sustainable approaches to ensure that the school serves future generations while maintaining its functional and financial value.In my previous role as a Project Architect at Boltshauser Architekten AG, I gained valuable experience managing and delivering complex architectural projects. This expertise now informs my role as Portfolio Manager, where I focus on careful planning, resource management, and balancing the needs of both the present and the future.I hold a Master of Science in Architecture from ETH Zürich and am currently pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate at CUREM, allowing me to deepen my understanding of asset management and urban development. My international experience in Mexico, Japan, and Switzerland has further shaped my ability to manage large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.Fluent in German, French, and English, with basic knowledge of Japanese, I can effectively communicate and coordinate with various teams to ensure the success of the projects under my management.
