Provided 1st to 3rd Line IT support for approximately 80 users over two sites. IT Infrastructure included Windows Server 2008, Active Directory and MS Exchange 2010. Key projects delivered include:- Implementing a SysAid Helpdesk ticketing system, - Linking the Exchange server to 365 in Hybrid mode and migrating remote users across.- An updated intranet system
