I earned my Ph.D. in Communication and Information Sciences with specializations in human-computer interaction (HCI), communication theories, and social informatics. I also hold two Master's Degrees — in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. My research on the science fiction—computer science link has earned press from the MIT Tech Review, the Forbes Tech Council, and the Atlantic. I have also taught multiple iterations of ICT/research methods classes and contributed to various HCI & UX projects for special target audiences in the past.
