I was admitted to practice as a European Patent Attorney in July 2015. My interests lie in IP, especially in the field of electronics, mechanics or mechatronics e.g. in the automotive industry. I have an excellent knowledge of German (native) and English & French (fluent in writing and speaking) as being the three official EPO languages. At present I am involved with preparing patent applications and responding to enquiries on IP related matters in the national and international field of designs, utility models and patents, managing a patent portfolio and develop further the IP strategy for a product range of an automotive supplier. Tasks like preparing a FTO or consult the developers of the current state-of-the art and other IP matters are part of daily work. Other tasks include litigation proceedings (oppositions, patent infringement proceedings, opposition proceedings, cancellation proceedings) and their out-of-court resolution. The area of IP-relevant contracts such as development contracts or license agreements is also part of the field of activity.
