“Growing business - growing people!” This has been my business mantra since I started my own company in China in 2009. As an entrepreneurial-minded business professional, I was always passionate about building new businesses, ventures and teams. Being able to do this in Asia and Europe with a truly global client base is the foundation of my experience and has led me to where I am today. Working in several different industries, my core expertise is in negotiation, sales, innovation and consulting. Therefore, curiosity and grit are the values I live by every day: trying to get better and learn something new on a daily basis. To me change is not a threat – it’s always an opportunity. The one skill that truly made a difference in my life - the skill that I used in China, Europe and the US; the skill that had the most impact on any bottom line; and for sure the skill that is the most fun to use - is negotiation. Now my day-to-day involves supporting KPMG on its most critical and essential negotiations, transform our commercial culture and coach our services to get the best out of their businesses.
