FFP is a family owned company founded in 1972 in Vienna. It is one of three main TV production companies for Procter &Gamble Europe. When I joined the company in 2010 I decided to create new internal business units to differentiate with the competition. Some of these units are specialized in technology, focusing mainly on content production and social media channels. Specializing in the following:- Creating cross-platform - mobile applications (360 immersive video).- Producing branded/unbranded content, experimental, experiential.- Organizing events and launch parties.- Externalizing as well as internalizing tasks depending on – necessity, budget, time frame, and confidentiality.- Marketing initiatives (partner program, exhibitions, sponsoring and online).- Key contact for agencies (media, advertising, online, directors, partners and affiliates)- Increased company / brand awareness.- Market research and analysis.- Negotiated new contracts with suppliers.- Budget responsibility for company and for each production.I have created multiple networks/partnerships with companies, Freelance Directors, Directors of Production as well as local/international crew, to be more cost effective. Budgeting cost controlling and executing ideas for clients such as: Coca-Cola, Pernod Ricard, P&G, Swarovski, Red bull, Volkswagen, Suntech Power (please see attached list for further references). Specializing in the following:- Recruitment, leading and motivating employees- Repositioning and adapting the company to the local and international changes (technology, price,trends).
