About Philipp Simon

I look back and draw on experience as a legal professional in England & Wales, Luxembourg and Germany. I am qualified to practice law in all of these jurisdictions and entertain rights of audience in the courts of all of these countries. Based on my background I am in a position to provide seamless cross-border legal advice, thereby reducing costs to clients because the need for separate legal teams in different countries is eliminated. Furthermore, the margin of error is substantially reduced since the two common sources of faults (language & mismatching legal concepts) are eradicated.In order to further my aim to provide high quality legal advice I entertain offices in London and Luxembourg. Whilst my London office places me in the heart of Europe’s financial Centre, right next to the Royal Courts of Justice, my Luxembourg base puts me in the centre of the European funds industry right on the boarder of Germany with quick and easy access to Frankfurt and the German Ruhr Industrial area.Specialities: I focus on banking, finance, corporate and general civil law matters. I regularly act in respect of investment funds law and cross border mergers.
