FELFEL (www.felfel.ch) is one of the (if not the) most successful food-tech startups in Switzerland.I coincidentally got in contact with the company and shortly thereafter assumed the role of the company’s CTO. During my time at FELFEL, I was acting as both a technical manager and architect.Being a part of a growing organization, I translated business needs and goals into technical requirements (and priorities!) in close collaboration with the CEO, internal stakeholders and domain experts. This ultimately drove the roadmap as well as the redesign of substantial parts of FELFEL’s tech platform as a set of loosely coupled microservices.
