I've learned to naturally look for work, even when there seemingly is none. Laziness is not part of my character. When it's busy you need to learn to focus, keep your head cool and be efficient - otherwise things can go terribly wrong. I have acquired these values.I am a quick learner and have become co-responsible for the parties held at the restaurant. This requires great overview, maturity and responsibility.
