My experience is as a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a passion for Lean and Continuous Improvement activities. I have a strong and highly skilled background in Process Flow/balancing and Operating Systems within a manufacturing environment. I have a reputation of being an effective individual with excellent problem solving skills who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines operating in a fast paced environment. I have a thorough understanding of modern manufacturing processes and procedures within the Automotive industry. I would describe myself as an experienced leader in understanding process standard time and the methodology behind production process operations. Previous experience of incorporating workings into a bespoke process development system while working in a challenging and demanding environment. My strengths include being a skilled problem solver with analytical skills who is focused on driving continuous improvement. I strive to provide a planned, managed, co-ordinated and controlled manufacturing process, ensuring all Quality, Cost, Delivery, Manpower and Safety and Environmental targets are met and maintained utilising a Kaizen, PDCA and 5s methodology.
