I currently lead a team of 11 Sourcing Specialists who are focused on identifying and engaging with the best talent in support of JP Morgan's hiring across North America and EMEA. My role is to strategically partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that we have robust candidate identification, sourcing and attraction strategies in place to identify and attract niche talent and create talent pipelines for live and future hiring needs. Our Sourcing Specialists use a variety of internal and external media channels to engage with active and passive talent in the market. They are "story tellers" in the market and work to really bring the JP Morgan brand to life. Recruiters in this team are passionate about the JP Morgan brand and thrive on finding niche, hard to find, passive talent in the market and matching them to great opportunities across the organisation. I am responsible for the entire employee life-cycle within the team - hiring great people and ensuring they achieve great things in the team. Operationally, I am responsible for settling performance goals for the team and ensuring delivery against set KPI's and objectives. I also have responsibility for deepening relationships with key stakeholders across the globe, ensuring delivery of financial targets and SLA's and identifying new ways for us to support recruitment across the Investment Banking sector.
