I am a Solicitor, specialising in Scottish land law and countryside matters. I provide legal advice to individuals, rural businesses and Banks on property law, agricultural tenancies & farming partnerships, diversification projects and succession planning for the next generation. My role is to provide guidance and solutions to help you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible. I add value by getting to know my clients and understanding the complexities and particular needs of rural businesses, which can be involved in a broad range of commercial activities such as agriculture, forestry, clean energy & natural resources or tourism.I act in the acquisition or disposal of Scottish properties such as landed estates, farms, forests, salmon fishings, country houses and house plots.
