Participating in discussion with engineers and project managers to see if a native app or hybrid approach would be more beneficial to our users. Providing initial research for taking our web app into a mobile friendly version through wireframes, mockups, user stories and flows.AttendeeHub was an event management software that allowed event managers to easily structure and interact with their attendees during said events. Creating a user experience that allowed for easy meeting setups between attendees as well as supplying engagement metrics to the event planners to show how well the software was engaging their attendees. I helped expand upon the original designs and creating parts to the software that would engage the users more and helping the initial adoption rate by simplifying parts of the UI and making correspondence easier and more intuitive like gmail.Email Abandonment Rate Improvement: By redesigning all of SpeedRFP’s emails to be responsive so this email was rendered consistently across clients and devices. Reduced email-abandonment rate up to 15% after implementing improvements to functionality, design, navigation and language based on results of user research and feedback.·

Designing and developing aspects of the User Interface (UI) for digital software applications and console software for Echo's hardware and consulting projects. I worked directly with our lead software developer to create an intuitive user experience for Echo's software. I managed, designed and implemented all changes to the company website during my time there. Creating motion graphics that were used in Echo's software suites, on-line marketing, commercials and media campaigns. User experience and usability testing were both my other crucial responsibilities at Echo.

I had two roles when working with Ann. One was as a photo assistant helping her on shoots (primarily lifestyle and still life ) setting up lights, the scene and camera.Acting as her studio manager, running the daily tasks, requesting prints of the days shoot, booking studio time, clean up and client satisfaction. My main task was converting her negatives ( 20 years worth of work ) into a digital format, then categorizing them in a custom piece of software for later retrieval and use.

Worked in house with testing audio equipment that was made for musicians and sound engineers for their studios.I offered via e-mail, phone and off-site help to fix, configure and ultimately resolve any problems the customer may have had.At the end of my time here I started to wear many hats due to staff shortages and managed shipping and receiving, processing of orders and even picking up a soldering gun to make repairs on boards.
