Philip Schwalb has over 30 years' experience as an attorney, professor, legal advocate & business pioneer. He has led startups, non-profits, sports & entertainment businesses & complex legal matters. He has been adjunct professor or lecturer at Columbia University, NYU, UCF & Rollins College, & offered insight in interviews with ABC, NBC & PBS affiliates, as well as FOX, CNN and NPR nationally and been featured in publications including the Chicago Tribune, Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine & NYTimes. From 2001 to 2008 Schwalb founded, financed & developed the $100 million World Trade Center area rebuilding project he conceived of after 9/11. Examined the unraveling and disintegration of nations and societies and isolated a common precipitant (economic unfairness). Explored how (even the most sophisticated) nations can devolve into genocide once economic unfairness generates sufficient anger and resentment.

The "Kids House Wayne Densch Center for Child Advocacy" is the leading provider of services for children of abuse in Central Florida. Kids House is unique in providing broad, all encompassing services, such as medical treatment; emotional and therapeutic counseling; opportunities for play; and legal and protective services. Mr. Schwalb joined Kids House after years of familiarity with the organization's extraordinary work, and a great affinity for the organization's professional staff and Board.

Junior Achievement, located in approximately 50 cities across the United States, is the leading organization for teaching children (including those in under-privileged, under-served school districts) business and financial skills that they will need in their adult lives. The organization recently celebrated its 50th year serving Central Florida. Mr. Schwalb helped the organization grow its keystone annual gala revenue by 30%, and its new member event revenue by nearly 300% in his first year. He is still a volunteer teacher for the organization, in Orange and Seminole County public schools.

The Central Florida Sports Commission is the exclusive non-profit and quasi-governmental entity tasked with growing the Central Florida economy via the sports industry and sports tourism. Funded by the City of Orlando and five surrounding counties, during Mr. Schwalb's tenure, the Commission was headed by Sam Stark, now the Sports Commissioner for the city of Chicago.

Founder and CEO of nation's first comprehensive museum of sports, a $100 million "public-private partnership" and World Trade Center post 9/11 redevelopment project that he envisioned, began and brought to fruition. Schwalb initiated the project with only his own savings, and created a $100 million public-private entity, which opened to the public May 7, 2008. Schwalb successfully secured partnership and significant involvement from New York City and its Mayor Michael Bloomberg, New York State and its Governor George Pataki, and over 100 iconic hall-of-fame athletes from different sports (e.g. Magic Johnson, Billie Jean King, Eli Manning, and Mario Andretti to name a few). Most importantly, over four years' time, Schwalb was able to secure contractual partnerships with over 60 of the nation's sports museums, halls of fame, and national governing bodies. He assembled these constituents and raised the requisite $100 million from 2001 through 2006 and then was focused exclusively on design, creation and execution of the venue until its opening. Immediately prior to founding the Sports Museum of America, managed TPC, Inc., a diverse holding company, for the Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg family.In his role at TPC, spent a significant amount of time working with ESI Design, a 40-person, full-service museum design firm run by Dr. Schlossberg.

COO of Centerprise Information Solutions, and an integral member of the executive team responsible for making Centerprise the 9th fastest growing technology company in Dallas, TX (according to the Dallas Business Journal). Later instrumental in negotiating the sale of Centerprise to a group of companies led by GE Capital (1998-2000).
