Hello!Welcome and thank you for taking the time to review my page! A little bit about me, I am a native Southern Californian who transplanted into Northern California almost 30 years ago (although I did go on an extended adventure to Utah for about 18 months, I had to come back!). I love our style up here! We have everything you could want: fine dining, world class wines, redwood forests and intimate beaches. From hikes to bikes or horseback rides we have it all! As I look back over my work history, I am reminded of my genuine desire for customer service and hospitality (which has always led to higher sales!). I believe the reason for this is simple: I ask relevant questions, I get to know my customers (and their wants and needs) so that I can offer products or services that best fit their needs. There are other subtle nuances that go along with sales (suggestive up-selling or sticky products) but that is the basic gist of it. Even though my work history may be a little more extensive, I have never stopped learning. I have personally found that things can get stagnant if you refuse to learn a new technique, style or way of doing things. I do not know all the answers but I am willing to learn! I am coachable and willing to share my knowledge with my fellow teammates if I see it’s needed or wanted. I love good feedback and suggestions on how to add more tools to my toolbox!
