That got me excited. There were no internet marketing degrees back then, so instead I registered for every industry conference and training course I could. Official sessions were valuable, the unofficial ones even more so. It was then that I realised search engine marketing would change traditional marketing forever. It was the future for all businesses, especially mine. The penny dropped. And CleverClicks was born. Flash forward to 2019 and I have learnt a lot since those early days. My team has undertaken tons of marketing experiments, had some failures and great successes too - including clients who have made a return in excess of 25:1!But the best part of all, is that I still get the same buzz I got 12 years ago.
