I am a dedicated and experienced police officer with a strong background in both urban and suburban law enforcement, having patrolled some of the most challenging neighborhoods in Philadelphia as well as the suburbs of Doylestown Township. I pride myself on delivering rapid, professional police service while building trust within the communities I serve.In 2015, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice with a minor in Sociology from Penn State University. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree specializing in Mental Health and Counseling, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. I am specializing in working with First Responders and military veterans to reduce mental health issues within this community and advocate for them by providing tailored support, promoting resilience, and connecting them with vital resources for their well-being.In 2017, I received my ACT 120 Municipal Police Officers’ Certification through the Philadelphia Police Training Center. My training includes specialized skills such as terrorism prevention, Homeland Security’s SPOT program, and CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association. I have also completed FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) and National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) training.I served on Philadelphia’s Tactical Mountain Bicycle Unit, where I worked with the East Initiative Narcotics Task Force to combat the distribution of illicit drugs in Kensington and surrounding areas. My role included directed patrols and community collaboration to reduce crime in high-risk neighborhoods such as Kensington and Olney.I’ve also had the opportunity to work a variety of events, from sporting events and protests to civil disturbances and high-level protection details. In 2022, I obtained my FAA Part 107 UAS (Drone) License, allowing me to specialize in drone operations for both recreational and public safety purposes.On September 30, 2024, I officially became a full-time Peer Support Team Mentor with the Philadelphia Police Department to combat mental health challenges among first responders, providing emotional support, resources, and guidance to promote mental well-being and self awareness within this community.I’ve been honored with three City Commendations during my career and continually seek ways to improve and learn from others.Additionally, I’ve been a full-time member of the National Fraternal Order of Police since 2016, and in 2022, I was elected Lead Watchman for my Neighborhood Watch Committee.
