I have extensive experience of Clarity PPM: understanding it, troubleshooting it, integrating it with other data sources, accommodating stakeholders and educating organisations about it. After working as a Clarity Administrator, I joined Ignite Technology: a top tier Broadcom partner. Through them, I have worked with a wide range of blue-chip companies in Europe and the Middle East: development, upgrades, migrations, training delivery. Latterly I created and managed a Solution Support operation for Ignite's clients: solving many hundreds of complex problem quickly, so they don't recur. I thrive on translating between business stakeholders and technical teams, on implementing efficient solutions and on planning implementations so that they proceed on time and with minimal drama.I am familiar with the technologies and techniques needed to get data in and out of Clarity, with methods for ensuring performance is monitored, with reporting needs and techniques, with Agile and waterfall delivery methods and with bother the "Classic" and "Modern" user interfaces. Happy to be deeply technical as necessary but aware that a good Clarity implementation is about understanding a wide range of stakeholders and business processes.
