As Go to Market Director, ultimately responsible for defining the process to align our product launch processes between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Product Development. Identified key dependencies between Nutrabolt’s Stage Gate product development process with corresponding Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing launch processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment relating to deliverables, timelines, product assets and costs.

Defined and implemented Stage Gate process to ensure consistency and efficiency of product development life cycle, while ensuring data capture to enable robust KPI tracking through the implementation of a Project Management system.

Responsible for all Operations specific projects, ensuring cross functional alignment to business strategies and goals. Led planning, implementation and execution of Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems. Drove cost savings through optimizing distribution network and shipping efficiency.

Coordinate grant funded and research related activities for Texas A&M Physicians, Family Medicine Clinic. Collect and organize data from medical record as well as other sources. Generate reports for data maintenance, analysis and submission to Principal Investigator, Grant Funding agencies, and Public Health Agencies as required. Currently coordinating multiple 1115 Waiver Projects - Federally funded healthcare improvement incentive payment programs - including setting core goals and objectives, formulating and overseeing budgets, and managing project timelines to ensure all deliverables are met. Also coordinating a grant aimed at increasing the availability of Colorectal Cancer Screenings for those patients who are uninsured in the Brazos Valley. Working with Principal Investigators to establish program standards and study objectives. Developed and maintaining appropriate databases to support electronic Medical Record data unique to project.
